Yes, it is not required to have previous experience in management or in the Business services industry to join our program. Our training is designed for beginners – we will equip you with the fundamental hard and soft skills to succeed in a Team Leader Role.
Yes, our program is suitable for aspiring managers, as well as for newly appointed managers. Our program will upskill your current knowledge and skills and will shorten your path to successful career development.
Applicants for the Free Module of the program are selected based on their application, overall motivation and English language skills. Applicants for the Full paid program are selected based on their performance in the Free Module.
Training sessions are held online, during weekdays, 2-3 times a week. The duration of one session is 2 hours – from 18:30 to 20:30, so you can combine the training with your current job or study. Upon your enrollment into the program, you will receive a detailed schedule for all sessions.
No payment is required for application and joining our Free Module 1. If after the Free Module you are admitted into the Full Paid program, you can choose to pay the full amount for the program upfront, or in installments via consumer loan from our finance partner. Payment is made via bank transfer.
